My training last week:
- Tuesday: 62 min with Fabi and Georg
- Wednesday: 10 quick 80 sec runs in the "Studentenwald" with 120 sec breaks (10 min. running in and out)
- Friday: 75 min run (35 min. slowly, following 40 min. faster)
- Sunday: Half-marathon (Maisel's Fun Run)
So I actually could finish the race with a very good feeling, not much pain and with motivation for the up-coming week.
Well, my time was 1:36:03. That's fine...
